This is a luxurious special kaiseki meal that allows you to fully enjoy the essence of a restaurant specializing in Nodoguro seabass.The extra-large "Extreme" Nodoguro Primitive Grill, grilled over binchotan charcoal, is truly exquisite, with crispy, fragrant skin and plump, fatty flesh.We have prepared a selection of fresh fish for our sashimi, including domestic bluefin tuna and blackthroat seaperch.The final dish is dashi chazuke, served with piping hot rice cooked in a clay pot and a special broth that is packed with the flavor of nodoguro seabass.
